01Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the koin33.vin website and all services provided on it.
• "Company" or "We" refers to koin33 and all affiliated entities operating this platform.
• "User" or "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and is using the services on the koin33 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the koin33 platform.
• "Fund Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive, free credits, cashback, or promotion offered by koin33 to its members.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the cumulative wagering amount that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process, the identity verification procedure carried out by koin33 before processing withdrawals.
• "Licensed Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment legally available on the koin33 platform.

Any reference to a single gender includes all other genders; and references to the singular include the plural, and vice versa.

02Eligibility & Registration

Use of the koin33 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of account registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions in their local jurisdiction regarding participation in online wagering activities.
• Have never had an account previously terminated by koin33 for terms violation.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and valid phone number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

03User Account

Upon successful registration, you will be given a personal account subject to the following rules:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
• Do not share your account login credentials with any other party, including family members.
• All activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own actions, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorized access to our support team.
• Koin33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account for identity verification purposes or investigation of suspicious activity.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or equivalent, or account termination at koin33's sole discretion.

04Deposits & Payments

Koin33 supports a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods for Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM10 per deposit transaction, unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Maximum Deposit Limit: Depending on your chosen payment method and account status. Limits may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must come from a legitimate funding source owned by the registered user. koin33 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe specified by the payment method.
• Koin33 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
• Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions or money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Koin33 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits or require further verification before processing deposits that exceed a certain amount, at our sole discretion.

05Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your koin33 account are subject to the following process and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Mandatory KYC Verification: All withdrawals require completed identity verification (KYC). Required documents include a copy of your MyKad or passport, and proof of current address.
• The first withdrawal from a new account may take up to 3 business days to process for security verification purposes.
• Subsequent withdrawals after KYC completion will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen method.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or related to the deposit method used, unless stated otherwise.
• Koin33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal requests that require further investigation, including situations involving suspected fraudulent activity.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Koin33 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their respective promotion-specific terms, as well as the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact rollover requirement will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are eligible for one claim per account, per household, per device, or per IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Koin33 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through means deemed as promotional abuse.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses within that period will expire automatically.
• Stacking multiple bonuses in a single account without koin33's authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including the use of automated software or coordination across multiple accounts, will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Koin33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice.

07Betting Rules

All bets placed on the koin33 platform are subject to the specific rules of each game and sports category. In general, the following rules apply:

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• Koin33 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or incorrect input.
• In the event of a dispute regarding match or game results, koin33's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, match, and your account status.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in certain markets) may not be accepted at koin33's discretion.
• Any wins obtained through exploitation of system bugs or technical vulnerabilities are void and will be forfeited.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koin33 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering or using the koin33 platform for any illicit financial purposes.
• Fraud, identity falsification, or using another person's personal information without authorization.
• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any non-human method to access or place bets on the platform.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, system bugs, or technical vulnerabilities found on the platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Any form of threat, harassment, or abuse directed at platform staff or other members.

09Privacy & Data Protection

Koin33 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, and service improvement.
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and protected against unauthorized access.
• Koin33 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, koin33 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of your own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Third-party content, services, or products that may be linked to or referenced on our platform.

The koin33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure smooth and consistent operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or accessible without interruption.

11Account Termination

A user account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At User's Request: You may request account termination at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid fund balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to you.
• At koin33's Initiative: koin33 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who opt for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the chosen period.

Once an account is terminated due to a terms violation, koin33 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in that account, including real money and bonuses, without any compensation.

12Responsible Gaming

Koin33 places great importance on user wellbeing. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their wagering activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Betting & Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can bet or lose within a specified period.

• Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period.
